How does scoping work?

Scoping starts with a short intake. We ask for the client website, the target cities, the main service categories and how many clients or locations are involved. Then we look before we quote. Is the site indexed and in reasonable shape? Do the business name, address and phone match across the main listings? Which local sites already mention the competitors?

From that we write a scope in plain language. It lists what will be done each month, which pages are the targets, what we need from you and what sits outside the scope. The quote arrives in writing and is explained before anyone pays. There is no public price list, because a roofer in one city and a twelve-location dental group are different jobs.

How are outreach and placements handled?

We build a prospect list for each client, starting from relevance: sites in the same region or the same trade that publish real content for real readers. Then we write to each site owner individually. There is no template blast.

Our sourcing standards are targets, not promises about every placement: a relevant topic, a site that is indexed and has real visitors, a real business or publication behind it, and a sensible authority range. On WhatsApp we show real examples of hosts so you can judge the standard yourself. Before a placement goes live we run it through a short check:

  • Does the page fit the topic and the city of the client?
  • Is the surrounding content real and readable, not a thin page?
  • Does the link sit inside useful content, with an anchor you approved or a natural one?
  • Is the target page on the client site the right destination for this link?

A placement that fails the check is dropped rather than passed on to you.

What does reporting look like?

Each reporting period you receive an unbranded report you can forward or restyle. It lists every placement with its date, the page it sits on, the target page and the anchor used. It also lists outreach still pending, outreach that was declined, listing fixes made, and problems we noticed on the client side that we could not fix for them.

The report records work done. It does not predict rankings. Rank and call tracking stay in your own tools, and we can line our dates up with your data so you can see what changed and when.

  • The website address and one person who can approve target pages and wording.
  • Accurate business details: legal name, public name, address, phone, hours and categories.
  • The services and cities that matter most, in order of priority.
  • For local press work, a real story and permission to name staff or partners.
  • Manager or editor access to the Google Business Profile, if listing work is in scope.

Slow approvals move the schedule, so we agree a reply window up front and note any slippage in the report. For a wider view of how this fits with other services, see the agency and reseller program.

Risks and limits: what this is and is not

Buying or exchanging links for ranking purposes can go against Google's spam policies on link schemes. Careful, relevant, editorial-style placements reduce that risk but do not remove it. We explain this in the scope, not in fine print.

Links are one signal among many. Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence, and links are only part of prominence. Results depend on the client's site, competition and category. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or a timeline for any of them.

Questions about local backlink service in United States

How long before the first placements appear?

It depends on the client, the niche and how fast approvals come back. Outreach takes time because real site owners answer on their own schedule. We give a planned sequence in the written scope and report what is done, pending or declined. We do not promise a number of days.

Who writes the content for placements?

That is agreed per project. In some cases we draft the content for the host and the client approves it. In others the host writes it from facts we supply. Either way, nothing is submitted with claims the client has not confirmed.

Can I approve anchors and target pages?

Yes. You approve the target pages and the general anchor approach before outreach begins. We lean toward natural, varied wording, and we tell you if a requested anchor looks risky. Final wording on a host site can still change if the host edits the text.

What happens if a link is removed later?

Hosts sometimes edit or remove pages. We note this in the next report and, where the scope allows, ask the host to restore it or place a replacement. We cannot control a third-party site, so the scope states what is covered and for how long.

How do I get started?

Send the request form or message us on WhatsApp with your website, the target city, the niche and how many clients or locations you manage. We reply with questions and a proposed scope. A written quote is explained before anyone pays.
